Machine Set up Technician
Job Detail: Preparing the parts before they actually have to get inside the machine to install the molds and pressure boxes, cutting dies that they have prepped. Then it means feed the plastic and run the machine, tweaking it as molded parts are produced until you have them to spec. Yes the boys do get their hands very dirty.
Reports to the Production Supervisor.
- Ensures all tool & machine set-ups are completed in standard time, the machines are set-up for optimum performance and running at standard cycle time.
Responsibilities: - Perform machine and tool setups on various Thermo forming machines.
Good understanding of mechanical and control functions of machines
*Technical school course (Mechanical Technology) or equivalent experience preferred
*Knowledge of Plastics Molds preferred (handling and maintenance)
* Experience in Plastics processing preferred

18 + years of age for insurance purpose
Excellent English communication skill
Must be able to drive automatic and standard
Must be team player
